1. Faryab Civil Society Entities Network:
The network comprised four civil society entities established in June 2012. Its board of members includes as many as 23 individuals. Ms Farrukh Laiqa Unchi Zada heads the national and intentional relations while Dr. Mohammad Maroof Samar is responsible for internal relations of the network.
2. Zahir Faryabi Socio-Cultural Foundation:
The foundation was established by Ostad Mohammad Kazim Amini in 2010. It strives to expand and encourage cultural, literary and social activities in the region. It has around 50 employees.
3-Mumtaz Begum Socio-Cultural Foundation:
The foundation was established by Tahmina Shuja, which focuses on cultural and social activities.
4- Roshan Garan Jamia Socio- Cultural Foundation
The foundation was established by Shah Raza (Monshi Zada) in 2006. It has its focus on cultural affairs and enlightenment of its members.
5-Faryab Socio-Cultural Foundation:
The foundation was founded by Hafizullah Fitrat in 2010. The foundation strives to help develop socio-cultural affairs.
6- Ishanch Socio-Cultural Association
The association was established by Ishanch Monthly proprietors in 2009. It has 30 members. It focuses on socio-cultural affairs. Tajuddin Hakimi runs the association.
7-Faryab Free Socio-Cultural Association:
The association was established by Mohammad Aslam Godaz, the proprietor of Saday-e-Qalam Monthly in 2003. It has 34 members. It strives to promote cultural and literal activities.
8-Mirza Oghlu Beg Socio-cultural Association:
The association was established by Amanullah Qarzada in 2012 with a 20-members board. It has been working to improve education, culture and social activities.
9-Faryab Women Socio-Cultural Association
The association was established by Anjila Sorkhabi in 2007 and striving to provide women with vocational trainings and create awareness among them about their rights.
10-The Blind Association:
The association was established by Khal Bibi-- a blind girl--- in 2011. The association focuses on training and empowerment of the blinds and the disabled. Nearly 100 blind individuals have been trained to help themselves in walking and finding work.
11-Faryab Aidin Association:
The association was established in 2004. It has been working to enhance educational and cultural activities.
12-Faryab Journalist Free Association:
The association was established in 2004 with Mohammad Jan Firogh was elected its chairman. The association strives to build coordination among journalists and support their rights.
13- Silsila-e-Moye Dost literary Society:
The literary society was established by young poets and writers in 2006. It is headed by Dr. Abdul Sabur Naraiman and works in the field of literature and culture.
14-Faryab People Socio-Cultural Development Society:
The society was established by Sayyed Zainuddin Abidi in 2010. The society works in the field of socio-culture affairs.
15-Faryab Youth Socio- Cultural Association:
The association was established in 2008 by Dr Nisar Ahmad, which has more than 10 members. It focuses on cultural and social affairs.

16-Gowhershad Begum Cultural House:
The Gowhershad Begum Cultural House was established by Eng. Ahmad Javed Kiwan in 2009. It is headed by Zakia Masomi. The house helps to promote and encourage girls in the field of culture, literature and education.

The Jawanan Andishwer association was established by youth and students of north and northeastern provinces in 2007. It is led by Dr Kanishka Turkistani and striving to build capacity of youth.
The Shora-e-Mahasan Safidan was established in 1992 with a 30 members’ board. Ostad Abdul Qoddus Qalich was elected as head of the council. The Safidan is striving to help settle local and social problems.
19-Journalists National Union:
The Journalists National Union was founded in 2009. Mohammad Afzal Omid was elected as head of the union. The union is striving to forge close coordination among journalists and defend their rights.
20-Benavayan Supporting Society:
The society was established by Rahima Baihaqi in 2007. It focuses on empowerment the poverty-stricken and deserved individuals.
21- Qaisar Students Association:
The association was established in 2007 by Sayyed Muhayyuddin, which has 10 members. It is striving to help promote and encourage education and socio-cultural activities.
It merits mention here that tens of other associations and foundations were founded but they could not function due to unknown reasons.
